I would highly recommend SurveyLegend - it's super easy to use, loads of templates to choose from even in the free version. I did a staff survey and had great feedback from our team, they found it super easy to do. The paid version's price point is also reasonable.
Pros
I tried the free version and was impressed how easy it is to set up, the range of beautiful templates, lots of survey customisation options, the analysis tools, it looks great on mobile and PC. They also offer survey examples and resources that was super helpful to get us started. Overall a pain free experience.
Cons
The free version is great to get a survey out, easy to share on our intranet etc, but you have limited access to the data. I could view the data, look at the analysis and do screengrabs on the free version but not export it - you need to have a paid subscription to export. Which is fair for a free version IMHO.
