We looked at other email marketing solutions but found that the effort to install, grasp the system, plan and administer was too costly.  SwiftERM fits our needs perfectly. Once set the system automatically pushes customer tailored emails - the next email never the same. Simple and easily install - thereafter completely automatic to run. We are now enjoying increased conversion rates and turnover. The question is, why did we not implement this sooner.

> **Pros**: SwiftERM is 100% automatic, I installed it and never need to touch it. It watches what my consumers buy and click on and is able to calculate from this what they are most likely to buy next. It then takes these products puts them in an email and sends it. It is also the only software in the world authorised to send Trustpilot product reviews in outbound emails, which they include for free. It is next to nothing to run with a massive ROI .

The support you get from the SwiftERM team both pre- and post-launch is excellent. I can't fault it. 

We had a few early teething problems, but they were quickly resolved and overall we are happy with SwiftERM.

\[sensitive content hidden\] approached our business and after careful consideration and many telephone conversations we decided to give SwiftERM a chance and we’ve not looked back since\! 

The results speak for themselves, over the past 12 months SwiftERM have attributed 10.82% to our total order volume with a click thru rate of 3.02%.For me, the small monthly charge is a complete bargain and I would recommend SwiftERM to anyone who owns an eCommerce platform.The business is going from strength to strength and SwiftERM will be a part of our continuous growth moving forwards.
