Spendwise - formerly Officewise - offers online software that helps businesses manage their spending. Spendwise allows users to create purchase orders, manage purchase order approvals, keep track of what gets received on purchase orders, and match vendor invoices to purchase orders and receipts on purchase orders. Spendwise also allows users to manage their vendors and item list.
In addition, Spendwise offers inventory tracking as an add-on to it's core spend management product. The inventory tracking add-on allows users to manage orders from customers and inventory quantities.

Pros
I like that it's really affordable. It's also intuitive, and with time, it becomes a great time saver when it comes to managing finances.
Cons
I don't really have an issue with this software that stands out as a con.

Creating sales order and drop down menu. Hold customer name which is nice not to have to create each time

Doesn't stay logged in
Make it easier to save and do new sales order after you finished one
Needs to hold more customer names

Thank you for your feedback. The system should allow you to stay logged in if you want as well as save a sales order and create a new one at once by clicking the "Save & New" button. Pros
We used to manage office expenses in a very casual and non-itemized way. After implementing expenses into Spendwise we were able to see what subscriptions we were paying for, how costly our internet service had gotten over the years, and where we need to adjust budgets for business luncheons.
Cons
It would be nice if SpendWise offered more to their basic account offering as well as integrate a mobile app for when you are leisurely checking in on spending on the go.
