Pros
The Lyra software is by far the most user friendly software I've used. It's very self-explanatory and I was able to go in the first time and know exactly how to use it.
Cons
Nothing. I have found nothing wrong with this software. It's the easiest software I've had the pleasure of implementing for my business. I wish more were like this.
