Naranga is a cloud-based franchise management platform, which includes tools for operations management, employee training, multi-channel marketing, lead generation, audit management, and more. The system is designed for franchisors in the retail and hospitality industries, and offers native mobile applications for iOS and Android devices.
Naranga’s operations management solution, ncompass, gives users real-time insight into the development progress and performance of each of their franchise locations, with real-time stats, reporting, and instant messaging with team members. History records and contract expiration alerts assist users with managing compliance, and all open tickets can be organized and managed in the centralized solution center. Field audits can be carried out with nsight, with users able to configure custom quality assurance review (QAR) surveys with space for auditors’ comments and recommendations, and direct communication with field auditors wherever they are. GPS-enabled tools can be used for managing remote employees, with check-in/check-out capabilities, and time tracking. Surveys can be uploaded, updated, and scored in real-time, and users can track any brand inconsistencies between franchise locations.
Employee training can be managed through nspire, where users can create or upload training content and share this with employees. Assessments and usage reports can be used to track the effectiveness of training and the participation of each location. Franchise marketing is handled by nteract, with tools for promotional video creation, email campaign automation, digital signage, discounts, coupons, sweepstakes, and more. A suite of reporting tools allow users to track the success of all their campaigns. Finally, emaximation lead management software enables the capture, distribution, assignment, and scoring of leads, with real-time sales activity alerts, automated task prioritization, lead source effectiveness analysis, and more.

Pros
We were able to have the team custom develop our Injury Reporting module and it opened up the platform to new levels of usage for our company.
Cons
We are overall very pleased with the software, we wish all of the applications were available in one area for the location users and browser-based. We have some franchisees that are technophobic and getting them to use any iOS product for Nsight has been difficult.

Pros
I have everything about my franchisees in a single software solution. It can be used from a PC o mobile device
Cons
The software is a bit "clunky". It does not integrate as seamlessly as it should, or flow smoothly. Naranga dos make constant updates and does appear to listen to its customers but there is still more work to do to make it more user friendly and better integration between modules

Pros
It's a useful place to centrally store key information relating to franchisees, their business, etc. We also use it to centrally store and share documents.
Cons
It can be clunky and not overly intuitive to use.

Our prior solution seemed to be stuck in the 90s. It worked, but it wasn't forward thinking. ...
Our prior solution seemed to be stuck in the 90s. It worked, but it wasn't forward thinking. Naranga gets us current immediately and we can see that they are blazing a new trail for the future of location management. With our prior solution we weren't large enough to be heard but with Naranga, they listen to our needs and provide solutions in a timely manner....this is refreshing and exciting!
Pros
It offers so many more options than we were accustomed and for a price that we could embrace.
Cons
It is a change from our prior solution. Changing from how you've always done something to now doing it differently is an adjustment, but one that we were ready and excited to make. Change is good, not easy!

I could not locate some of the leads which I thought I inputted into the system. I put in a trouble ticket and the support staff quickly responded and went above and beyond to make sure it was tailored to my needs and specifications to help me do better in my current position. I would recommend this system and the support staff to anyone looking for a great lead generation database for their business.
Pros
Very detailed software. Easy to input and locate information. The tech support is amazing!
Cons
Nothing as a con about the software. I just needed more training in ways to efficiently utilize the system.
