Plek is a community and collaboration software that offers SMBs and large enterprises a social intranet, member community portal and secure knowledge-sharing platform. We willen niet meer zonder dit platform. Al onze interne communicatie verloopt via PLEK. Informatie die altijd en overal bereikbaar moet zijn staat in PLEK. Wanneer we alle medewerkers moeten bereiken dan sturen we een push bericht uit. We werken veel samen op het platform met medewerkers uit het hele land. Zo zijn we meer een team en zijn de communicatielijnen kort.
Pros
Ons Intranet is in een zeer korte periode succesvol geïmplementeerd in onze organisatie. Door de medewerkers een keer persoonlijk op weg te helpen was het platform direct bekend en zijn we er vol mee aan de slag gegaan. Het is eenvoudig in gebruik, overal bereikbaar via de app, bevordert samenwerking organisatie overkoepelend.
Cons
De chat functionaliteiten zijn niet zo uitgebreid als WhatsApp en werkt minder prettig. Dat maakt dat medewerkers nog snel geneigd zijn WhatsApp te blijven gebruiken. Het zoeken door documenten werkt in de app niet prettig.
