Schedule It Overview

Schedule It is a resource scheduling solution which can be used for planning employees, facilities, training, equipment, and more. The system is suitable for businesses of all sizes, and can be hosted in the cloud, or installed on-premise on Windows desktops.

Schedule It’s drag-and-drop interface enables users to create, edit, move, and reallocate events for multiple resources, employees, or rooms, and gives visibility into the availability of all resources. Automated checks detect issues with availability, skills, or double-bookings, with tools for conflict resolution. Automatic skills matching can be used to match employees with jobs, or tutors with training courses. Details of employees, customers, clients, tutors, and delegates are stored in a centralized database, and documents can be stored in the system and linked with jobs. For training courses, invitations can be sent out by email, and attendees’ responses update the event schedule.

Employee workloads, shift plans, task lists, office rotas, customer appointments, and other activities can be managed, with a full task and event history stored for users to generate reports and analyze utilization of resources. Schedules can be viewed through the web, desktop, and mobile apps, and synchronized with a range of tools including Apple iCal, Google Calendar, Outlook, and more.
