About ContinuLink

ContinuLink by Complia Health is an online home care solution that helps hospice, pediatrics, and private duty centers manage multiple lines of business. The solution is used by various agencies across the US to streamline their clinical operations and handle financial processes. ContinuLink has the capability to manage diverse payer mixes including Medicaid, medicare, private pay, insurance, and other waiver programs.

ContinuLink’s point of care features enable medical practices to schedule appointments, create tasks, manage clients, medication, and other checklists through a single interface. Practitioners can also generate a consolidated chart for each patient which provides details about their entire medical history, medications, and diagnoses. All these can be accessed on Android and iOS devices via the mobile web app available for the platform.

ContinuLink offers electronic billing and financial management capabilities that help in claims process, error identification, and reduction of overall paperwork across the organization. The solution also integrates with third party applications to handle payroll, billing, scheduling, and clinical operations. ContinuLink enables users to access clinical forms in offline mode and syncs the data when an Internet connection is available.

ContinuLink offers different portals for clients, physicians, and employees. These portals facilitate communication between physicians, staff, and patients. The solution also offers a route planning feature that provides turn-by-turn directions to help patients reach the hospital on time. Other features of the platform include electronic visit verification, telephony visit verification, and online information submission. ContinuLink has partnered with MEDsys, Deyta, Blacktree Healthcare consulting, and other organizations.

Pros

As an owner who sits on the board and does not operate the business day to day, I do not actively use Continulink, but the team uses it and provides insights and reports from it.

Cons

The initial implementation of Continulink was not good, which has made it difficult ongoing.

I have been a consultant for over 20 years, a state and accreditation survey for 10 years and a monitor for the OIG for over 4 years and have used numerous EMRs. This was is one of the most difficult to navigate and does not promote compliance with the regulations. It is time consuming to use and causes much angst from scheduling, clinical to billing. This review is being written to help consumers that may be swayed by the positive reviews that are quite old.

Pros

Please note most of the positive reviews are old.

Cons

Continulink is not easy to use and does not promote compliance of an agency. Customer service is not helpful. Training which is often recommended when asking for help is an extra fee.

Pros

My experience with Mobile Edge implementation was great. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was wonderful to work with. I always dread implementations with any new program but this by far was the best. She was ALWAYS readily available when I needed assistance.

Cons

The company is still new to the software. We are finding a couple of issues that need to be corrected. I will contact support to hopefully resolve these issues.
