Its easier to use. It feels that each and every feature of program is built out of relevant knowledge through the industry from the perspective of attendease team. The product works awesome and meets our requirements on pretty much every level. That is precisely what I want for the type of clients and attendants I want to engage. It’s by far the most advanced program. . You don't get support like this anywhere else!

Pros

I get the freedom within the application. It manages everything from small events up to large, complex events. It is very user friendly that is it can even work collaboratively with partner other platforms. Attendease is taking away us from building bubble on solutions for all events we do operate and give us all the event team an all in all solution.

Cons

a little more expensive than other programs, but well worth the investment in ease of use, features & functionality, customer support and quality.

Once the basics have been learned, it is easy to use. There is still more learn to expand the system usage. However, overall we have thoroughly enjoyed setting our programs up and using the system.

Pros

I really like the flexibility of this event platform to set it up once and basically forget it with scheduling email blasts for event reminders, surveys, etc. I like the ability to have event calendar available for customers to see what we have in available on a monthly or daily basis. The analytics are also great to have both by event as well as for the entire calendar of events.

Cons

I would like to have an improved ability to create certificates that can be generated and emailed to participants if the event is a training event. Other than that I cannot think of anything else to improve.

Elevate the Attendee Registration Experience & Manage The Event in One Platform

Pros

Attendease offers event organizers (me) the space to create and publish a professional, branded event WEBSITE, with a registration form, and without relying on a developer or another department. For me, it is the complete package. The customer support and service is superb. I am constantly and continuously learning. The attendee registration experience is elevated beyond measure - the dynamic event webpages we easily create pique interest, the message blasts we setup and program for delivery keep attendees informed once they decide to register, and we engage to the very end when surveys are sent out and beyond if we were to make broadcasts or videos available on demand. For each event, we manage VIPs, sponsors, speakers, exhibitors and attendees all in one platform from start to finish - from invitation / application, to registration, to messaging, to check in, participation, and finally close out.

Cons

The only feature I think needs improvement is reports and analytics. Reports and analytics are useful but basic. The plus side is that the company seems committed to continuous enhancements and improving their product to meet their user's needs, which has been my experience.
