About T-Max Predictive Dialer

T-Max Predictive Dialer is an inbound and outbound CRM dialing system for sales, marketing and collections teams. The automatic dialer enables teams to reach as many live contacts as possible at one time by dialing up to five numbers at once and connecting those that answer to a live agent. T-Max Predictive Dialer’s automated system results in less time taken on busy signals, no answers or wrong numbers and aims to connect all receivers to a live agent at first contact. Users can create personalized pre-recorded voice messages to leave on voicemail systems for calls that go unanswered or the system offers users to opt-in to the Answering Machine Detection (AMD) tool to avoid voicemail systems altogether.

Using the automated dialing function, the T-Max Predictive Dialer can systematically or randomly work it’s way through an imported list of phone numbers and connect successful calls to live agents. With the goal of cutting down agent workload and gaining more successful leads, the Predictive Dialer allows users to set a suitable dialing pace for calls and only transfers calls to representatives once a live person is available.

With logged calls and a record option, business managers can monitor their agent activity and transfer or get involved in calls whenever necessary with the 3-way conference call option. T-Max Predictive Dialer’s inbuilt CRM system allows agents to make customer notes on contact files and arrange follow-up calls or emails as needed.

    Great People Great Product

    Pros

    They have a couple product, the voice broadcast is great. It has a pay as you go function that works extremely well for my office, I'm never taken by surprise by a huge4 bill I don't understand. the reporting and functionality gives you a ton of information to streamline your process and make the most out of every minute and dollar.
    The predictive dialer is a per seat cost and extremely efficient. It will allow you to do more in an hour than you normally could do in an 8 hour work day.

    Cons

    The only con I can think of is the name isn't spoken on the outbound message of the voice broadcast.

    I have used Tmax dialer for several years, both the predictive and voice-broad cast. The ease of use and affordable pricing are some great points to the service, but hands down the customer support is the best. Anytime I had a question or a need the staff was there within minutes to take care of my needs. Fully plan on continuing to use their service for years to come.
