AUTOsist equips users with a central, web-based portal for the effective management of fleet records. By providing a cloud-based service AUTOsist grants users quick and flexible access to all fleet data, conveniently permitting users to manage their records at any time from any internet-enabled device. From AUTOsist’s web-portal, users can track fuel and maintenance records easily as well as attach receipts and monitor the fleet budget accurately.
Further to fuel and maintenance records, AUTOsist allows users to store other important documents like insurance information and registration securely. AUTOsist supports custom notes and image attachments, thereby ensuring users have immediate access to comprehensive information for each vehicle. To enhance user productivity, AUTOsist employs automatic notifications which serve to remind users when vehicles are due their next service.
To help users gain actionable insight on business performance, AUTOsist supplies users with service history and spend analysis reporting technology. Furthermore, AUTOsist enables users to transfer records, export data to Excel and search records efficiently using keywords. Users can also sort and organize records effectively by date, mileage, cost or shop name.

Overall it has been a GREAT feature for Service Department and for our Accounting Department. We also can easily keep track of each vehicle in our fleet and know what all has been repaired or upgraded on the vehicle.
Pros
It is easy to manage. We can easily export receipts for fuel and all repairs to a spreadsheet and reconcile credit card transactions with all the gas and/or repairs for the month. Huge plus and saves alot of time.
Cons
setting up new trucks is a little time consuming

I like the reminders and the fact you can look up all the service records quickly.
Cons
I hate that you have to create so many folders so the program runs faster.
