Although able to answer most simple queries, Agent.ai can escalate more difficult cases to a live support team.

Using Agent.ai’s inbuilt analytics feature, users can gain actionable insight into both customer behaviour and agent performance. With the aim to engage and retain loyal customers, Agent.ai segments customers into groups based on their Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) so that VIP customer cases can be automatically escalated and prioritised using the Smart Queue tool. Users can also send rewards, coupons and virtual gifts to engage loyal customers and win back idle customers.

To enhance agent productivity, Agent.ai’s agent workbench shows a clear color-coded overview of open, assigned and closed tickets and provides regular agent performance reports.
