I love the user interface and how it is so quick and easy to not only manage your product data and key information but also how it integrates with just about every major piece of software at the press of a button
Cons
The lack of SAP integration forces us to not use linnworks in its full capacity

Order processing is quite efficient and helpfull. Several tools and section would need updates or improvement, unfortunately the only way of getting these improvements is to report them, and wait for other users to vote for them...So there are plainty of update suggestions, and nobody take the time to read them and vote for them
Pros
Easy to connect with CMS and WMS, good documentation and customer support service
Cons
Inventory management and Purchase management have a lot of glitches and would need several updates/improvements. Also the merging, rules engine and modification tools in open orders could be improved

We utilize Linnworks to manage the inventory of our Grocery Delivery Service. With the exception of managing random weight items, the application is adequate for tasks typically done from a desk at a computer. We find it to be very difficult, however, to execute tasks such as counting inventory, receiving/stock in, and scraps because we cannot have every employee carry laptops around the warehouse or in delivery vehicles.
Pros
The inventory interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Ability to filter and sort is sufficient. It is also easy to adjust quantities, process scraps, and view your balances on hand from a PC or Laptop.
Cons
The mobile application is in BETA and has been for a long time. There is no way to efficiently use a handheld with Linnworks, and the mobile interface lacks most basic functionality altogether. This is a dealbreaker for me as it is wildly impractical to walk around a warehouse carrying a laptop to execute simple functions. Lastly, it does not support random weight inventory making it impossible to properly track inventory or variable weight items such as Meat or Produce.

Our overall experience with Linnworks and Skuvault Core is that it has allowed us to continue to run an efficient team, but I am a little disappointed in the lack of customization that is allowed.
Pros
The parts of Skuvault Core that are necessary for our operations are fairly simple to learn. Scanning orders for Quality Control is simple enough that I can have a first time employee scanning in a matter of minutes.
Cons
Skuvault Core is not very customizable. As a 3PL we have lots of different clients who request specific things, and we are unable to do some of them as efficiently as we would like because of how rigid Skuvault Core is.
