Das Produkt entwickelt sich ständig weiter und kann so viel mehr als ich eigentlich brauche. Gleichzeitig habe ich das Gefühl, dass das Wichtigste immer leichter erreichbar wird und sich die Software grundsätzlich in die richtige Richtung entwickelt. Ich habe Placetel bereits mehreren Agenturen und Dienstleistern mit mehreren Standorten empfohlen und sie sind alle sehr zufrieden mit der Lösung.
Pros
Dank Placetel bin ich weltweit mit einer lokalen Festnetznummer erreichbar. Meine Assistentin ist ebenfalls angebunden. Und obwohl wir an unterschiedlichen Standorten sitzen, können wir als virtuelles Unternehmen lokal und standortbezogen auftreten. Es war mir wichtig eine von meiner Mobilnummer getrennte Nummer für die Business Kommunikation zu nutzen. Das geht mir Placetel preiswert und einfach.
Cons
Die Einrichtung ist schon ein paar Jahre her. Damals gab es noch keinen Walk-Through oder Intro, weshalb die Einrichtung mich schon etwas Zeit gekostet hat. Der Service-Chat hat mir aber wunderbar geholfen.
Reasons for Switching to Placetel
Bei Placetel zahlt man nur, was man verbraucht. Bei Sipgate hätte ich größere Bundles kaufen müssen, die dann via Flatrate abgebucht werden. Hinsichtlich Preismodell und Markenauftritt war Placetel für mich da die logische Wahl.

Ich verwende Placetel mehrmals im Monat. Für mich ist es wichtig, eine Festnetznummer anzubieten, über die wir im Unternehmen erreichbar sind. Und diesen Zweck erfüllt Placetel sehr gut und übersichtlich. Bin ein zufriedener Kunde.
Pros
Für mich ist der große Mehrwert, dass unsere Festnetznummer mobil über die Placetel App an meinem Handy empfangen werden kann und ich somit kein festes Telefon benötige.
Cons
Hab die Software jetzt schon lange und bin tatsächlich zufrieden. Da fällt mir gerade keine Funktion ein die stört. Für meine Anwendung (Erreichbarkeit und gelegentliche Telefonate) ist es gut so.
