About Flokzu
Flokzu is a cloud-based workflow and business process management (BPM) solution which allows organizations to automate repetitive tasks and workflows through a low-code interface. The platform’s drag-and-drop interface, customizable forms, and analytics allow users to configure and track all of their business processes and workflows.
Flokzu integrates the international Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standard with its drag-and-drop interface to allow users to model processes, by combining tasks, deadlines, business rules, notifications, and time management. Forms to be completed at each process stage can be customized, with a variety of field types, auto-populated content, and default values.
Flokzu automatically delivers assigned tasks to assignees’ inboxes. Tasks are assigned automatically to roles or users, and can be reassigned as needed. The audit trail records any changes made. The dashboard provides users with insights into task progress, with charts for completed and ongoing tasks, and reporting by process, user, and role across customizable date ranges.

Pros
I enjoy the low to no-code. I was a bit intimidated when I used the coding feature but the AI creates the code on your request. I also enjoy the features of allowing someone to complete a task in email, it seems small but I enjoy the smaller features that are a testament that the Flokzu team has thought of almost everything.
Cons
Sometimes it was hard to remember how things work but this also got better with practice, like most things in life.

Pros
A user-friendly interface that is intuitive and easy to navigate
A streamlined selection of tools for the process flow makes the building process simple and manageable.
The AI integration to help build forms and scripts adds a layer of efficiency and innovation.
Cons
The training material or modules could have been labelled better and perhaps arranged in the sequence they are meant to be tackled in. I found myself doing module 3 first before module 1, which was a bit confusing.

I love that the skies are the limit when it comes to what is possible at Flokzu! The team is incredible and really willing to help with training and issues. I also love the success stories from a Flokzu perspective across different industries and processes.

It took me a little while to realise just how many things are possible with the software! I didn't realise it was going to be this great.

Overall. Onboarding was smooth, and although I have not yet explored all the features, it caters for a wide variety of workflow/automation scenarios.
Pros
1) Using BPMN notation and standards right into the automation steps. Quite easy to learn.
2) UX (including the forms) looks much crisper and user-friendly than other tools.
Cons
Having to script (what I believe to be) date field validations should not be necessary for low-code tools.

Easy to understand from the training videos. Easy to use - practical and solutions orientated. Really reasonable costing. Has added huge value to the clients we have introduced it to.
Cons
