i2go is an all-In-one insurance platform for insurance companies, underwriting agencies and intermediaries following the latest insurance trends. The business suite includes an online quote/sales system, customer self-service portal, mobile claim module, as well as back office features to manage customers, policies, claims, MGA's and more. The platform supports all general insurance products including travel, PA, vehicle, sport, health, marine, liability, and more.

i2go provides organizations with a 360° customer view to help improve agent productivity and deliver value-added experience to customers. This holistic approach takes all available meaningful information into account for better customer satisfaction and retention. The bulk upload feature enables users to access all policy and quotation data, online or offline. Real-time reporting and analytics allow users to analyze visual data for greater insight, as well as configure ad hoc reports and view management dashboards.

The solution’s mobile claim feature allows clients to lodge their claims on-the-go via mobile device, and enter details, add images, location, and more. i2go's online rating engine generates accurate insurance quotations, no matter how complex quotation rules may be. The customer self-service portal allows policyholders to view, update, and manage their accounts and policies from any device. Invoice management features enable users to create invoices and define the policies that should be included, and automatically email them to the agency.

Furthermore tigerlab offers now telematics and Usage Based Insurance Solutions. With the agile and fast to deploy end-to-end telematics solution, clients can price policies accurately, help drivers to improve their performance and cross sell new add-on products. The quick to deploy Telematics & Usage Based Insurance Solutions support Pay As You Drive (PAYD), Pay How You Drive (PHYD), Try Before You Buy (TBYB) and Insurance On Demand.

i2go supports B2B, B2C and B2B2C business models, and includes an API to connect to third party platforms such as ERP Systems, GDS systems, claim processing software, payment gateways, and more.

Pros

After the completing the proof of concept phase for our insurance solution, we identified Tigerlab as a leading insurance software provider for us to partner with to provide a scalable and configurable platform to support our business into the next stage of development via the i2go technology.

The support team were quickly able to understand our bespoke technical, operational and data requirements. During the development phase, they were also able to provide best practice and value-add recommendations as part of their service which have been embedded within the i2go software; to the benefit of our business.

We successfully launched during Q3 2018 and the ongoing support and service received has been of a excellent standard. Our customers, brokers, underwriters and insurance partners have already recognised the benefit of our partnership with Tigerlab and we look forward to taking the relationship forward, with further enhancements on the development roadmap for 2019.

Cons

As a relatively new technology to the market, the platform is evolving and, as a result, there has been instances of small bugs that can manifest from updates. That said, based on our experience, this isn't uncommon and the team are able to quickly identify these small bugs and work with us to remedy all issues.

Telematics Insurance Platform

We developed a fully integrated quote and bind incorporating telematics scoring and pricing into the apps. The system was flexible enough to deal with a unique set of requirements. Overall the team provided great support, including working on site to fully understand the development issues.

Pros

The ability to customise to fit our business requirements, we run a unique telematics based app and used the i2go software to fully integrate into the apps. The flexibility is great. Speed to market was essential and the team were very good at understanding the unique set business rules.

Cons

This was a first for I2go, so the telematics functions needed to be built from scratch, which incurred additional time and effort.

Implementing this software has allowed us more time to start working on other projects.

Pros

Has eliminated a lot of the administration tasks that we had to complete manually, which saves us time. Customers can now buy online and receive instant documentation and have access to the documents via the online portal.

Cons

The date fields are not UK format and would be nice to be able to amend email templates.

While the software is more than satisfactory, what deserves a shoutout is the work put into the product by the development and support teams. Tigerlab have made it easy for my guys to communicate our requirements to and to lodge issues with the respective teams.

Pros

Software makes it easy for me to have a view on my business and customers.

Cons

Not a big deal as I don't encounter this often, but trying to pull long-period reports may take some time to load.
