injixo Overview

injixo is a cloud-based workforce management (WFM) suite for contact centers which supports scheduling, forecasting, intraday management and reporting features. injixo is mobile-ready, giving users the flexibility to manage their workforce anytime, anywhere via mobile or tablet devices. The platform comes with a set of e-learning courses and training videos that cover everything users need to know, from WFM principles and best practices to configuring the ACD connection and setting up forecasting and scheduling functionality.

The forecast feature provides users with available forecasting values for chat sessions or inbound calls, and automatically calculates staffing requirements and sets individual service goals for each workload. injixo WFM automates the entire staff scheduling process, from beginning to end. The intraday management feature supports target operations in the call center by monitoring variables including staffing levels, over and understaffing, and forecast variance.
