Senior Insight is a cloud-based assisted living management platform which covers medication management, ADL charting, custom assessments, exception reporting, document management, billing, marketing, and more.

Senior Insight allows users to access documents and record patient vitals, weights, ADL care, medication administration, and notes from any device. Prescriptions, lab results, signed resident agreements, and other documents can be securely stored online, with users able to share, search, and print documents as required. The Senior Insight app for Android and iOS devices enables mobile ADL charting, giving staff the ability to document care at any time, and access to service plan updates. Customizable assessment templates are built-in, and users can also access state forms or set up their own assessments. Electronic and printed medical administration records (MARs) are supported, and users can also utilize printed ADL flow sheets.

Senior Insight offers census management tools and billing process automation, with capture of level of care and room & board charges, and the ability to add charges for ancillary services, such as guest meals, beauty shop services, and transportation. Integration with accounting softwares including QuickBooks allows users to manage their accounts receivable, and invoices can be processed in batches. The marketing system also enables the pre-qualification of inquiries, and scheduling of follow-up activities with prospective residents.
