Impartner PRM is a cloud-based partner relationship management solution designed to help businesses manage, optimize and accelerate their channel partner program, including recruiting, cooperative marketing and selling, and performance management. The platform integrates with Salesforce and other CRM systems.

Impartner PRM allows users to setup automated processed for partner onboarding to decrease time to revenue. Repetitive channel tasks can also be automated, and pages and content can be updated through a WYSIWYG editor without requiring any code. The interface is designed to be easy for partners to use, and provides a personalized experience. Strong partner performance can be rewarded through preferential distribution of leads. Impartner PRM provides users with insight into all aspects of their indirect sales, allowing users to identify what is working and what is not.

Impartner PRM includes the Channel Flow workflow engine, which enables real-time updates to processes and workflows. Contract management and approval routing can be automated, and partners can be segmented based on any attribute by the SegmentAI segmentation engine. Impartner PRM also provides modules for document management, lead management, training & certification, to-partner marketing, an event calendar, and more.

Easy to use, great team to work with, and always improving themselves to add more and bring new and innovative functionality to their systems.


Can be a little clunky in places, time frame not exactly ideal, some business ideas a little bit questionable
