iDONATEpro is a fundraising customer relationship management (CRM) system that helps political campaigners and nonprofits to create and manage various components for fundraisers in order to control their campaign environment. It also assists users in concentrating their energy on the one thing that matters the most for fundraising; donor relationships. Designed for fundraisers, iDONATEpro allows users to cross-compare donor data from different data sources and unlimited campaigns within one single platform.
iDONATEpro comes with a suite of features including contact and donor management, event management, call sheets, merge data, and email blasts. The contact and donor management functionality lets users track donor activity and target new donors. It also allows users to manage a single donor profile per donor, and then track them across unlimited cycles, campaigns, and donations.
Plan events in a single database, send invites and event reminders, and manage attendees with iDONATEpro’s event management module. Users can also generate event reports and organize data by co-host, event, table or bundler. Call sheets and meeting briefings can be created and customized within iDONTEpro to show what callers need and help them in managing calls across unlimited clients and callers.

It solved problems, particularly with regard to our nonprofit and political activities, that no competing CRM of which we're aware really solved.
Pros
IDP does things you can't easily do in most competing CRMs. It is tailored to a very specialized market segment that can force more generic systems to work, but really needs what IDP provides. We've tried a number of solutions, and were never happy -- particularly for our nonprofit and political needs -- until we found this. And at the same time, this works well for a business applications too, even though a business-focused CRM would be woefully inadequate for our other needs.
Cons
Most of the things IDP lacks are on the company's development schedule, and they are constantly rolling out improvements. It's really hard to complain.

Ease of use. Ability to capture detail. Pictures with profiles. Overall look and feel of profiles. Groups feature.
Cons
How data is exported and control of data as it exports. Also how the email feature works. It is not intuitive nor easy to create dynamic emails.
