The system has a LOT of functionality, way more than my small business requires, but for a medium to large business it seems to have most everything that would be required. I was about to hire an in-house lead verification specialist before I discovered Upcall. Not only has Upcall saved me a lot of pain by not having to employ a person, the Upcallers bring a level of professionalism that I would not have been able to find. Not without a lot of difficulty at the very least\! When first contacted I asked if they have experience in New York City and of course they said yes, but that I wasn't to worry, if i did not close a deal in 3 months i would get my money back (the cost for joining). Well of course i did not close any deals because of the four leads i got in three months one told me it was a mistake, and the other 3 never responded to my request for communication. I have been trying now for 3 months to get my money back and no one responds.
