About Veevart
Veevart is a Salesforce-based application for museums, art galleries, auction houses and design studios with features for visitor, donor, and membership management. By offering tools such as CRM, ticketing, POS, reporting, activity dashboard, collections management, email marketing, website management and more, Veevart aims to provide a 360 degree view of the customer journey whilst ensuring all aspects of day-to-day business can be managed from one central hub.
In order to provide an enhanced user experience, Veevart provides an inbuilt customer relationship management (CRM) tool integrated with the ticketing and gift shop features to provide a real-time overview of customer activity. Using the gift shop and POS features, businesses can sell event tickets and gift shop items both in-house and online, and can keep track of inventory, access purchase history, create an online catalog, and carry out targeted marketing campaigns. Auction houses and galleries can also showcase their lots and catalogs, facilitate art transactions, and carry out live online auctions.
Integration with email providers including MailChimp and ConstantContact mean businesses can use data collected from Veevart to create personalized email marketing campaigns to target new and old customers. The contact management feature allows users to build a client database including purchase and activity history to track collectors and gain awareness of prospective clients.

Pros
The customer service has been excellent and the implementation was extremely detailed. We met over 6 months weekly to discuss the plan and setup. Very few companies I've found are that customer orientated.
Cons
SalesForce is never easy no matter how easy it seems.

Our experience with VeeVart has been highly satisfactory, from the onboarding process to the implementation of additional features, and the continuous support. It has been a pleasure using the software and working with the VeeVart team.
Pros
The customer service and support team is highly responsive and knowledgeable, providing a personalized experience. Instead of ticket numbers, menu selections, or outsourced support, you get direct communication with someone who is familiar with your business.
Cons
For those new to Salesforce, the implementation process can be overwhelming. The VeeVart team provided hands-on assistance throughout our onboarding and offered detailed guidance. However, I would recommend additional SalesForce training prior to starting the process.

The account executive and support team have been fully engaged, responsive and solution-oriented to deal with across all phases of the lifecycle. We paid extra for support to and it was worth it. The monthly advance live training is appreciated. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase. We are excited to have Veevart further expand our course structures as our programming evolves.
Pros
Overall simple design makes it concise and more intuitive to navigate.
Our weekly training cadence and pace was perfect.
Migration transitioned smoothly.
Integrates with Quickbook.
Membership process is easy to use. The digital cards has enabled efficiency, sustainability, and instant turnaround for our members.
Dashboards are a fantastic feature, easily customizable charts.
The rental and grant management system was a bonus, which was lacking in our last CRM.
Cons
Digital cards have space constraints which limits branding.
Some features, like backdating payments, lack seamlessness. The support team is working on a solution.
Would like to house all communications to the support team into a portal to help organize and track status of requests or Q&A.

Because of Veevart, MOFAD now has an organized and streamlined database that allows us to track everything from donors to attendees. We no longer need to use work arounds in order to achieve our ticketing needs, and we don't need to look to other services for fundraising campaign pages. The Veevart team continue to go above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful for their commitment to a great product.
Pros
More than anything, the customer service Veevart provides is second to none. We have asked for several new features to be put into development and they always jump to accommodate. If you need to speak with someone directly, there is no need to sit on the phone listening to hold music, as your personal contact will always be there to help.
Cons
No software is perfect, and of course there are always things that can be improved. We are looking forward to Veevart's upcoming updates to gala management, discount code limits, and even some of the functionalities that we specifically requested like ticketing add-ons.
Reasons for Choosing Veevart
We switched to Veevart because we needed a user-friendly way to manage our timed ticketing capacities (in the past we were creating individual events for each one). Veevart has far from exceeded our expectations, as in addition to their great timed ticketing they allow us to easily manage school group visits and other programs and events.
