Zonka Feedback is a multi-channel survey and feedback platform which allows business users to capture customer feedback via web, SMS, email, and iPad and Android tablets. Designed to enhance feedback management, Zonka Feedback incorporates a custom survey form builder, inbuilt templates, real-time analytics, detailed reporting, and a collaborative response manager.

Zonka Feedback enables users to create custom multi-lingual surveys and feedback forms with a WYSIWYG form builder, 20+ question types, multi-language support, and skip and question branching tools. With native apps for iOS and Android as well as offline access, Zonka Feedback allows users to capture feedback on iPads and Android devices at any time, even when offline. Zonka Feedback facilitates feedback collection through click-through surveys and gesture-based control.

Zonka Feedback's collaborative response manager allows users to take action on collected feedback by converting feedback into tasks, displaying member responses, sending emails, and more. Comprehensive Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Effort Score (CES) reports grant users actionable insight customer feedback. Real-time reports and updates enable users to take immediate action. Zonka Feedback also offers reports for chain and multiple location businesses which allow users to make comparisons and analyze demographics.

Other enterprise management features from Zonka include central device management, multi-location management ,and permission based user management, which allow users to monitor devices, group locations together, and define role-based access. Zonka stores and manages data securely with permission management and secure data synchronization technology.

Pros

- Features to customize your feedback screen, they are having various option for feedback.
- Option to get user email, phone number and other details before they give feedback.
- In built kiosk, which will save your cost.
- Battery performance and monitoring.
- Alerts on feedback.

Cons

- Sometimes while submitting feedback screen takes lot of time before taking app/tab to the home screen.

Pros

Easy to use, user can easily navigate and we can customize the feed back pages by own. Easy to track the feedbacks.

Cons

Exporting the data is lityle bit challenge. We can select different columns but exported data have different columns.

Pros

The best part is we moved from paper feedback system to zonka app which is completely digital and it has every day alert notification which is great.

-The app does the complete analysis so it saves time

-The dashboard gives to complete live information so that you can act on feedback real time.
