About SightMill

SightMill is Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey software that helps users gather, analyze and act on feedback to improve customer or employee engagement (eNPS). The platform enables users to create NPS surveys and display them on a website, send NPS surveys by email or SMS, or ask for instant feedback at events, training and conferences via mobile device.

SightMill includes workflow tools that allow users to route feedback in real time to inform teams as soon as customers respond to a survey. Custom event pages help request delegate feedback at the end of an events, and users can analyze the score results using their SightMill dashboard. Customer feedback verbatims provide powerful insight and can be tagged by group or segment, and users can create rules to deliver automated team actions.

Email-based NPS surveys allow users to send an NPS survey by email to a group of contacts. Users can personalize the email design, colors, and add a logo, and schedule it for delivery. SightMill also includes a range of customizable, pre-designed email templates. Event NPS surveys allow presenters or hosts to ask delegates to use their smartphones to provide answers to a survey by entering the event's unique code on the event site.

Web-based NPS surveys can be added to any page of a website or SaaS/web-based application to gather customer feedback. By adding the unique tracking code, users can control everything from the dashboard in SightMill, from language, to colors and display settings. The solution integrates with third-party software such as Slack and Zapier to automate workflows and route responses in real time.

    We’ve implemented Sightmill on two occasions now, one for a client business and one for one of our own online ventures. Both times, we’ve had invaluable insights into what customers are really thinking.

    Pros

    Very straightforward to install, even for the technologically challenged! The survey results are easy to track and review and the verbatims have given us detailed insights into what we've got right and what we need to work on. There is always help available when needed - it's great that the SightMill team is so responsive.

    Cons

    We found some of the reporting tools a bit challenging to work with at first, but they have since been updated and there's now really nothing that we've a problem with.

    Pros

    Easy to install, easy to use and very affordable. The reporting tools are clear and really provide valuable insight into what customers are thinking. And as a widely used industry standard, NPS is something we can use directly with our customers.

    Plus SightMill are a joy to work with - helpful and responsive at all times.

    We were happy to insert the code ourselves which I imagine can sometimes be an issue for less able organisations

    Pros

    Basic functions are easy - impressive list of advanced features too which we are learning to use but seem intuitive. Great support when required to get us started

    Cons

    Integration to our CRM wasn't available when we started, but it's now been added to the roadmap so we look forward to adding that feature
