What is REWARDview?

REWARDview is an online portal designed to provide employees with an understanding of the total value of their compensation package, including salary, benefits, and more. With features including configurable content, employee polls, rewards valuing, real time content updates, benefits calculator, gamification, and more, REWARDview aims to combine data from various sources to create a central summary of employee benefits and compensation.

In order to maximize employee retention, REWARDview provides the tools to engage employees by providing a comprehensive overview of the full value of their compensation package. From the self service portal, employees can access their role-specific benefit plans including wealth summary, deferred compensation, savings plans, pension benefits, and more depending on the business’ available benefits. Data is automatically collected and aggregated from HR systems to create an up-to-date summary of compensation, benefits, retirement plans, and other specific services offered by the employer.

REWARDview aims to help businesses effectively communicate with their employees by providing a rules-based system with real-time updates on relevant information for each individual employee. The online self service portal also eliminates the need for paper-based compensation and payroll statements by providing an extensive online summary with graphical data presentation, compensation breakdowns, and real-time compensation data and calculators.
