About LionDesk

LionDesk is a CRM, lead, and transaction management platform for real estate agents, teams, brokers, and lenders, with native mobile apps for Android and iOS. With the aim of helping real estate professionals to organize and streamline their operations, LionDesk boasts features including transaction management, task scheduling, drip marketing campaigns, email tracking, lead distribution and tracking, contact management, click to call, and more.

LionDesk's CRM functions allow users to manage clients by assigning each new client to a specific team member, and prioritize to determine who to contact next. Users can also track emails, phone calls, and other interactions, and tag and filter them for added organization. In order to ensure that each enquiry is dealt with by the relevant person, LionDesk allows users to assign leads to team members based on performance, specialities, or zip code. With LionDesk, users can also track their deals and pipeline, property closings, deadlines and more with the in-built calendar and automatic notifications.

LionDesk also aids with real estate marketing by allowing users to create enhanced drip campaigns via email, SMS or phone call, and ‘text 2 sell’ campaigns which provide short contact codes for promotional flyers and signs. Campaign results can be tracked within LionDesk, with the ability to view open and click rates for each email, and providing an overview of which prospects are most interested in the product or deal.

  • Import existing leads from third-party sources such as Zillow, Trulio, or Realtor.com, and contact them instantly through LionDesk. Take advantage of the 'click to call' feature to save time on dialing and track phone calls.

  • Upload and store documents including client presentations, contracts, legal documents, and more, and assign them to specific contacts within the document management feature. Documents can also be sorted into folders for added organization.

  • Create and deploy drip marketing campaigns with scheduled emails and texts and conversion tracking. LionDesk also offers an autoresponder feature that sends automated emails, texts, or calls to every lead.

  • LionDesk’s transaction management and property plan tools help ensure that no tasks or payments are missed. Use pre-built plans, including closing plans and listing presentations, or create customized workflow task lists.

  • View upcoming or underway deals with a fully customizable pipeline view. Use the drag & drop interface to move deals from one stage to the next and customize stages to suit business workflows (e.g. initial consultation, offer made, negotiating, and more).

    Just started using the software and so far it seems easy to use.

    Support not always great especially for someone just learning the software.

    Pros

    Been using this on and off for several years. It's mid level quality for a CRM. Shop around before choosing this one.

    Cons

    The website is not the easiest to use in my opinion. Could use more features for the money. Could be better.

    I think the program is good but not sure at what level we are operating. I will continue to use liondesk and hope we can get to some accommodation for setup and customer service. I don't know what it's going to take to get professional assistance with this program.

    Pros

    I like the idea that it will send video text messages in campaigns. I like the integration with y lopo. Pretty straightforward to use. I like but they promised it would do.

    Cons

    Customer service. Chat Windows take you 4 hours to respond makes it impossible for me to get assistance. I've never sat in one place waiting for somebody for 4 hours except for the birth of my two children. Answers, when given or short, Kurt, and rarely solve the problem. The inability to interact to actually identify the problem makes it impossible to solve it. I'm operating now I do not know level functionality with this program because I can get literally no assistance in a meaningful way to get it set up. I've had this program for nearly six months now and no one at liondesk can tell me if I'm operating it correctly, what should be done to optimize it, and how this could function best for my business. This requires interaction, human-to-human, but somebody who is knowledgeable about the actual implementation and use of the program towards the consumers business goals.

    Pros

    Works, Functional, Fast, Easy what else can I say I use it everyday to get my business done. Not to expensive either.

    Cons

    A few the price. Other than that its been great. Worth it in my opinion and will get me where I want to be successful.

    Most Affordable All-in-one CRM for Real Estate Pros

    Pros

    LionDesk is a powerful all in one CRM that offers power dialer features, video email and texting, task management and broker functionalities. It is by far the best CRM for real estate agents at the price point.

    Cons

    While we love the CRM for Real Estate pros, we wish they offered a solution for other professionals. With that said, they are serving their market appropriately!
