Events.com is a mobile-first event management and registration platform designed to help event organizers create, manage and market events of all sizes with registration and ticketing functionality, plus branding and design tools. Events.com also supports integrated donations, promotional tools, payment options, along with reporting and analytics.
Events.com enables users to set up their event in a few simple steps. First, users add basic information about their event, such as what kind of event they are organizing (festival, fundraiser, conference) and what information they need to collect (registration, tickets). Users can then edit and design their event page to match their event’s brand, look and feel. After that, users can add registration or ticket information, before setting up payment information and going live.
Events.com supports a native events assistant app, giving users the flexibility to manage event check-ins conveniently from Android mobile devices. The mobile app allows event attendees to check-in quickly using voice-recognition technology or by scanning a QR code. Users can also check attendee details and collect waiver signatures with Events.com’s touch screen signing feature. Other Events.com features include a full-featured API, multi-language and currency support, customizable dashboards for organizers, and more.

It is extremely wonderful to organize events , link event details to social media and paytm kind of platform as well for unlimited promotions. Changes made in a minute without need of extreme manually hours.
Pros
1. UI is extremely clear and good enough.
2. Extremely easy and reliable service as well.
3. Super integerable with all marketing platforms.
Cons
There is nothing to be dislike as of now.

Events.com has allowed us to better organize the "behind the scenes" of the event registration process. Other sites did not have accessible help features and we would spend time on YouTube looking up how to videos. We have saved countless man hours being able to email in needed changes and thoughts about how we wanted to change things and the events.com team would walk us through options.
Pros
The staff at events.com are extremely knowledgeable and were able to ask me my goals for the event registrations and they walked me through how to do it (although they do all the setup) so I was aware of how to do it. They are able to make the registration site function in the way that works best for the end user and us as the organizer. The people on the events.com team, are some of the best people I have worked with and genuinely care about our organization and what these events allow us to do beyond the event. They care about their customers.
Cons
I cant think of anything that I want changed about events.com. Everything from the site (desktop and mobile) to the people behind the site I have been extremely happy.

I wouldn't trust Events.com at this point. We've moved on to another ticket provider and are much happier. Buyer Beware!
Pros
At first our organization was quite happy with Events.Com because soon after they purchased BrownPaperTickets (which owed us money from our Spring 2022 shows) we were paid this money. This was an encouraging sign to us.
Cons
However, we are still waiting to be paid for tickets sold to shows held in December 2022. Repeated requests to be paid have resulted in nothing - we have not heard back from their customer service about the money owed to us from 5 months ago.

Cons
Promo codes: The selection of dates and choosing which event the code will work is a bit hard. Selecting the date and ticket type could appear somewhere before saving the promo code. otherwise, I forget about them

We are able to host all of our events through events.com and that is a game changer for us. Payment plans, different ticket pricing - it's all wonderful to have in one place!
Pros
Events.com has the best customer support. They checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn't have any questions and to wish our event well. Amazing people at events.com!
Cons
There are a few features that would be wonderful to have that are not currently offered, like an email notification each time a new sign up comes through. The daily summaries were sufficient for us though!
