JeraSoft’s Retail VoIP billing and rating solution for telecom providers helps organizations improve their billing, rating and routing performance by enabling flexible package features, prepaid models, low balance notifications, extended API usage, and other tools. For wholesale VoIP and SMS providers, JeraSoft offers a telecom billing and routing system which allows for services including local and long-distance calling, call center solutions, virtual attendants, data backup services, and toll-free services.

The IoT Billing platform provides the Internet of Things billing, rating, and mediation for any type of IoT business model. Users are able to collect data and bill any type of event and collect data from a variety of devices including smartphones, sensors, vehicles, controllers, machines. Good and quality support team, who is always willing to help and assist.
Pretty flexible functionality of software. However some features need improvement in order to be more suitable for our business.
Sometimes not all bugs are check before new release is coming out, which makes the process of getting used to updated product more difficult for users.

Perfection has no limit. The features of our business require more detailed functionality of the packages, all our requests by Jerasoft VCS team are accepted, some of the functional improvements we expect in the next releases.
