Gleantap is a customer engagement and loyalty software with the aim of helping businesses to retain customers through SMS, push notifications, and email campaigns. With the tools to create and deploy multi-platform marketing campaigns, Gleantap aims to help customer-facing businesses to retain their clients, boost loyalty, and increase referrals and reviews.

Developed for businesses across different verticals such as fitness clubs, restaurants, retail stores, dealerships, and more, Gleantap facilitates mobile push notifications and multi-channel marketing in order to help transform customer engagement into customer loyalty. Users can create targeted push or SMS campaigns to specific user segments using the advanced segmentation tools which allow clients to be grouped based on demographic, location, attributes, events, and more. Campaigns can be automated and personalized by embedding images and media, adding discounts, and including custom messages made relevant to each user based on their variable tags.

The analytics tools within Gleantap provide users with insight into campaign conversions, user engagement, customer activity, churn rates, and more. Users can create their own activity dashboard and customize the widgets to show the most important analytics and information to their business. Gleantap integrates with existing applications in order to provide a synchronous system of touch-points throughout the customer lifecycle.

    Gleantap is an easy to use web-based platform with an array of advanced features that I’m excited to utilize to drive growth. Not to mention, the team has been proactive in answering both technical and marketing questions while consistently providing first class support.

    We really enjoy Gleantap's commitment to evolving the platform based on the needs of their clients, but what’s impressed us the most is the level of service outside of the platform. As self-service platforms become everyday in this industry, having a team to help think through and execute campaigns is a game changer. We think of Gleantap as not only a powerful tool but an extension of our team.

    Pros

    The product is simple and intuitive while still providing all the capabilities found in much more expensive products on the market, and the ROI has exceeded my expectations. But above all, the 5-star customer service is what really sets them apart!

    Cons

    Honestly, I have yet to find something that I don’t like about the product and service.

    Pros

    Integrates seamlessly with our other business systems. Very Easy to use and Clean / Modern GUI.
    I like how its easy to setup Inbound Mobile Keywords.

    Cons

    I feel we could use some more custom reporting. Apart from that I am pretty satisfied with the product.
