Overall, this software helps our Store Leaders better manage their day-to-day functions. They have visibility into what's going on at their store - both when they are there and when they are not. The data that we get from using this platform can be acted on quickly, which really helps us improve our processes and our business.

Cons

Not as customizable as some would like, not completely user-friendly on MACs for those Store Leaders that like to review things from home
