SwiftCase Overview

SwiftCase is a scalable business platform for automating workflow management across a versatile range of industries. Suitable for small, medium and Enterprise organizations, the system offers a bespoke and pre-configured approach to handling day-to-day cases, processes, tasks and jobs alike. Centralized wholly within the cloud and boasting a single browser-based interface, SwiftCase features Red, Amber, Green (RAG) "traffic light" job tracking for ensuring that due-dates and deadlines are not missed. Notifications and reminders can then be set and scheduled to remind staff, while employee allocation is again automated based on specified business process rules to match the right staff with the most appropriate jobs.

The promise of reduced administration time and cost is again backed by robust integration options alongside other existing business systems. Working with SwiftTrack for tracking case services and compatible with Google Apps, SwiftCase also connects to email, mobile messaging (SMS), DropBox online storage, Sage and Microsoft Excel. Manual data entry or imports are eliminated to minimize data loss and improve accuracy, while encouraging collaboration between between business teams. Additional key features then go on to include scheduled reporting and custom statistical capabilities with graphical visualizations, plus rich user management settings including role-based permissions.

Excellent case management system that helps keep all cases clear, organised and makes the day to day task a lot easier to manage, works exactly how the name is presented.

Pros

I love how clearly laid out swift case is making it almost elementary to operate from case to case. The task page helps to keep all work organised with urgent priority cases allowing us to be able to prioritise work dependant on our workload.

Cons

In my experience using swift case I can not think of any issues that have occurred which has affected any case.

We upgraded to Swiftcase from our own previous case management system. The system is simple to use (after a little bit of getting used to) and I can't think of a better system for us to use. Users are assigned skills and accountability depending on their job role which is more advanced than our previous system.

Pros

I think Swiftcase is user friendly and has many exciting features.

Cons

There are aspects that I do not feel are relevant to my job role that I would like to remove from my page view.

All in all, Swiftcase is very beneficial to our business, with easy to use functions, automation, user friendly. with structured workflows.

I believe the use of Swiftcase in any business will greatly help their administrative times and costs.

Pros

The automation functions are a great help for speed and accuracy.

Cons

Sometimes the workflow does need to be manually overwriting to complete an "out of the box" task. But it does what it says on the tin!

Pros

Swiftcase helped us improve productivity, stripdown and simplily processes. Swiftcase safety and security. With automation of emails and workflows that can be created Swiftcase (Livepoint) are the people to have on board.

Cons

I can't fault this Software, we got this as a basic shell now it is fully adapted to our working day.

Used on a daily basis for business and apart from the odd server issue, (i think its fair to say this happens with most products available) its always been straight forward.

Pros

Easy enough to use even if you are not 100% with tech type products.

Cons

Can't really think of anything to be honest. I use it daily without issue.
