    Has been great especially with programmer's being on call whenever needed.

    Makes the communication between head office and staff (employees working remotely) extremely easy...

    Makes the communication between head office and staff (employees working remotely) extremely easy considering they are remote.

    Record keeping through the system has also been seamless and make our job very easy especially when needing to track when urgent.

    * simplicity in use for our care workers and admins
