About Remote Desktop Manager
Remote Desktop Manager is an IT management software that helps businesses launch, run, and manage remote connections to virtual machines, websites, remote servers, and business applications. The password management module allows IT professionals to store passwords, usernames, credentials, documentation, files, images, license keys, and other information in a centralized repository.
The platform enables IT teams to configure various external data sources including Dropbox, SQLite, Devolutions Online Database, Microsoft Azure, and more using a dashboard and categorize databases into different categories for handling multiple entries. It offers a host of features including audit trail, two-factor authentication, reporting, version control, user management, collaboration, data import/export, and more. Remote Desktop Manager also offers role-based permissions, which lets administrators grant or restrict access to users to view, edit, or manage specific accounts.
Remote Desktop Manager facilitates integration with various third-party systems such as Dashlane, MariaDB, Citrix XenServer, VMware, 1Password, AuthAnvil, Microsoft SQL Server, and more. It lets professionals record events related to privileged accounts, including login attempts and history, and manage activity logs to track user activity in real-time.

It is a golden tool for remote control. A tool that takes over most of the human worries regarding access to documents.
Pros
The Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) is a must-have tool for anyone heading or operating a big organization with multiple users who need access to the company's information, yet with care to maintain privacy and security of the information.
One of the major advantages of using the RDM, as I have encountered in my organization, is that this app lets the user operate their PC from remote locations, while the passwords are still secure. If the company has more than one person who needs to access the main computer, they can do so with the help of the RDM, without the company head worrying about the security of the documents...
Further, the software eradicates the need for keeping so many passwords in the admin's closets, for with RDM, the system can securely manage the passwords on behalf of the IT department or the company head.
Not to forget, this software is very efficient in time and space, since no one needs to walk to the main computer to get access to files stored in it. They all can access them from wherever they are with RDM.
Finally, the software is very easy to install and set up, and may not require expert skills to operate. The users can easily set up the system with just minimal help.
Not to forget however, the app is fairly cost-effective, unlike the traditional remote access software.
Cons
The software, however, is demanding in processor and system capacity; to serve several devices remotely, controlling and governing access to each of them, the system must be of high processing and speed capacity. As such, the software may not be used on small computers.

I started using RDM Free and once I moved to the ENterprise version, I just couldn't go back! This is a great tool for anyone in IT that's managing lots of remote connections! Esp if you have to manage
Pros
I love how easy this tool is to use. I love that I can create folders & subfolders to organize all my connections. It's also very handy that I can store my credentials in RDM so that each connection can reference them, this way when I have to change my PW, I only have to change it in one place instead of editing each one.
Cons
I haven't really run into any issues to complain about.

My overall experience with Remote Desktop Manger is good. The capability to work from home and access my files on my work PC has helped with completing projects on time.
Pros
What I like most about this software is that I am able to access my work computer from home. My home PC doesn’t have all the programs and files I need to access when I am working from home. Instead of saving files on a flash drive and bringing it home, I can access the files directly through my work PC.
Cons
What I dislike most about this software is most of the time when I am using it, there is a horrible lag. I am not sure if this is because of the software or possibly the internet connection I use.
