Connect Patient is a web-based, multifunction patient portal which enables physicians and patients to communicate and engage through any device or browser. As a mobile-friendly application, Connect Patient affords users the flexibility to access features and information on the move through their smartphone. Connect Patient’s features include appointment scheduling, online billing, SMS patient reminders, and more.

Connect Patient allows providers to manage patient history, patient intake forms, and appointment reminders online. Connecting with ChartLogic EMR (electronic medical records) enables physicians to view complete medical histories and records directly within the Connect Patient portal. Appointment reminders can also be delivered to patients automatically via SMS, email or voice recording.

HIPAA-compliant secure messaging enables providers to communicate directly with patients. Features designed for patients include appointment requests, online payments, and Rx refill requests. Connect Patient allows patients to request appointments as well as check balances and pay bills online. Automated payments aim to improve the overall patient experience and satisfaction. Rx refill requests permit patients to view prescriptions, then submit refill requests, which providers can approve online.

    I really wish there was a drop down screen with a log of the last 5 pts or so to make it easier to go back into a chart that you were working on previously.

    User friendly, easy to navigate. The functionality of the software is good. Good flow and easy to train a new user to.

    Cons

    The system freezes up time to time when in the super bill and we're unable to save the data entered. You have to close out and start over. Very frustrating.

    you can move-on the site superbly, but you need to get familiar with all options. Also, it makes things streamlined and aligned as needed.

    The thing that makes this ugly is the quantity of the buttons that make it creapy but overal it's good.
