We’re scheduled to see a Menura demo soon, and the early discussions already seem relevant to our needs.

We use it for wishlist, cart, and browse recovery, but also for more complicated automated campaigns like a 90-day supplement reminder and review emails after in-store pickup. The dynamic fields inside these messages save us a lot of manual work.
We also use several pop-ups, informational, sign-ups, and back-in-stock interest forms, and they integrate smoothly with the rest of the platform.

We also like that the platform gives us options to build more targeted segments. For example, we have looked into segmenting customers by location and are now discussing high-spending segments and embedded product recommendation pop-ups.

> **Pros**: One of the biggest advantages is the super strong customer support. Our account manager and the dev team fully understand\\ our non-eCommerce needs.  They are always ready to help every time we ask for something custom. We have launched automations for our franchise program and event promotions, push notifications, pop-ups and email campaigns. Every feature has a very good performance in terms of engagement and opens/clicks. Also, we recently activated the Menura AI agent and it looks promising.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately, we can’t always use everything on the platform, because the majority of features are tailored to products. We would really be thrilled with some additional templates or automations specifically for service and event-driven organizations.
