ADDA GateKeeper is a gated apartment community security and visitor management system designed to help users secure their home, family and community with visitor, staff, emergency and vehicle management tools. ADDA Security also supports visitor notifications, water tanker monitoring and resident/staff ID cards, as well as automatic reports, staff attendance, and more.
ADDA ERP is a facility management software for gated apartment, society, or condo communities, with features for communication, accounting, management, and more. Discussion forums, online polls and groups help users with communication, while document, meeting and user management tools help users manage their facilities. Billing, income and expense tracking, plus admin reporting capabilities enable users to manage billing and accounting activity simply and accurately.
ADDA Clubhouse is a community property management solution that facilitates the booking and payment of facilities for community members. The module offers features including a facility list, booking calendar, class and activity booking, payment processing, and more.

We were looking for an automated solution for apartment management. We came across ADDA in 2012. It became so simple after this. User management, Income/Expense tracker, Helpdesk tracker are all really good.
Pros
We have been using ADDA for almost 6 years now. The member invoicing module is very well designed. It's a quick resolution to all issues in a residential complex, be it the complaints, booking of common facilities or management of funds. The customer support is excellent. You approach them with a problem and their full support team swings into immediate action.
Cons
I used to dislike the UI of the App but with the latest update, they have rolled in a new extremely user-friendly UI.

Essential App for Apartment Residents

Pros
The best part about this App is that we do not have to walk to the maintenance office every time to pay our bills and also to fill the complaint forms. It is very convenient for me to do these activities through the app. In ADDA, we get to book essential service providers like medicine, grocery, pest control, etc which we find to be very useful.
Cons
There is no option to pay rent online through this app. They can include this feature.
