Wepow is a video interviewing & talent engagement software designed to help organizations reduce the time and cost of hiring new employees through pre-recorded and live video interviewing technology. Built for growing organizations, Wepow aims to improve recruiter productivity with engagement, management, and collaboration tools such as interview sharing and candidate sorting, tracking, and scoring.
Wepow's solution replaces the traditional phone interview with a structured virtual interview. Organizations create their virtual interview, with the same 5 to 10 questions they would typically ask over a phone screen, then candidates complete these interviews in their own time using a webcam or mobile device. Wepow’s structured interviews and evaluation tools help to provide consistency in the screening process and reduce unconscious bias.
Wepow allows users to track candidate progress with candidate sorting, tracking, and organizing features. Users can evaluate candidates collaboratively by sharing pre-recorded or live video interviews with their colleagues. Teams can score candidate responses in order to help them select the leading candidates. Analytics tools enable users to gain actionable insight into team and candidate performance.
With native mobile apps for iOS and Android, Wepow gives candidates and employees the flexibility to respond to pre-recorded interviews and evaluate candidates on the move. Wepow aims to simplify the recruitment workflow by supporting integration with HR systems such as SmartRecruiters, Taleo, and Greenhouse. Integration with single sign-on solutions including Onelogin and Okta serve to strengthen application security.

The benefit I like most is the ability to conduct a live interview with face to face capability. This personalizes the interview for both parties and provides a better means of making hiring decisions.
Pros
The ability to connect live with the person being interviewed. This allows both parties to establish a rapport and makes the interview as though they were sitting across the desk from you.
Cons
I should be easier to edit the date and time when changes are needed due to a change in schedule by either party.

Pros
Wepow has great customer service and their website is user-friendly making it easy to use. The interface keeps our recruiting efforts organized.
Cons
There are probably other features that we could use that we haven't tapped into. It can be a little overwhelming.

Pros
We pay quite of attention to candidate experience, and we've heard nothing but positive feedback from that end.
Cons
Some of the admin tools are a bit wonky and confusing, building templates could be a bit easier and the tool in general could use a little help on the UX side.

Pros
The connectivity to candidates and how we are able to see how far the candidate is getting. Also being able to send them direct links to their own profile and how easy it is to connect with customer support.
Cons
The export feature - I wish it was more organized in terms of being able to export the specific tabs i.e. dismissed candidates or incomplete candidates by name to help assist with certain reports.

Pros
WePow is a very well designed and thought out platform. You can tell they have really taken the time to build a quality product . Live Interviews have been awesome! That and the team is AMAZING!!! :)
Cons
Limited mobile capabilities. I would love to see better Live Interviews when using mobile devices to connect.
