Futuramo Visual Tickets Overview

Futuramo Visual Tickets is a smart management app for bug reporting, issue tracking and feedback exchange for project teams. The app aims at helping teams manage bug reporting, ticket-resolving, request and feedback exchange in a faster, more visual way. It's equipped with an annotation tool and features such as customized tickets list, ticket properties management, file sharing, update feed, advanced filters panel, powerful search and much more in order to aid teams with collaboration.

Visual tickets allow teams to annotate images, screenshots, or documents to provide feedback and make suggestions. The drag and drop interface can be used to add images to the app and visual annotations can be added on top of the images so that feedback is visible at-a-glance. Comments can also be exchanged within the app, and a full comment feed can be accessed at any time by all collaborators. Users can set up role-based permissions to control who has access to which projects.

Pros

We rely on Futuramo Visual Tickets when it comes to communicating bugs, change requests or feedback exchange. It really helped us communicate more swiftly between the teams of editors, designers and IT. We have tested a few ticketing tools, searching for something that's very user-friendly and will let us pass the message quickly and effectively. Futuramo Visual Tickets meets our needs. Tracking down bugs or asking for a quick fix on the website takes less time than before. One of the features - the annotation tool - is especially worth recommending - it definitely shortens the entire ticketing process. We can strongly recommend the app.

Cons

The app works great for us and we can see that new features and updates are being introduced all the time. One thing comes to my mind - it would be great if I could add "followers" (in addition to one assignee), to a ticket.
