Ticket Tailor

About Ticket Tailor
Ticket Tailor is an event ticketing platform designed to make it easy for businesses to sell tickets online for events of all types and sizes. Users simply need to sign up, list their events and start selling in minutes. With Ticket Tailor, event organizers can sell directly from their own website using widgets, or use our customizable, dedicated event page.
With Ticket Tailor users can create custom forms to collect data from attendees; create discount codes for promotions; create tracking links to see where sales are coming from; and integrate with third-party tools such as Facebook, MailChimp or many others.
Ticket Tailor has a flexible Pre pay option or Pay as you go options. Users can either pass these additional savings onto their ticket buyers or have the option to apply their own booking fees with the aim of increasing total revenue.
On event day use the free mobile check-in app to scan customers' tickets or simply print out a door list. After the event users can export all customer data and store it for future reports or analysis.

A hidden treasure - Ticket Tailor has been critical in my organization's response to covid

My nonprofit organization relies heavily on visitor admission revenue to help advance our mission. We were closed for a year due to covid, which impacted us heavily. This year, we sought a solution to be able to open safely. One of our solutions was online, timed ticketing. I researched various options and found Ticket Tailor, which was listed as integrating with my Weebly website. I'm so glad I found this solution! Not only did it work well for our purposes, but the customer service they provide is excellent! They even had articles on implementing timed ticketing - just what we were looking for. The "chat" is always helpful and they always have ideas for how to use the program to do what I want it to do. And their regular updates are actually... Helpful! Always adding features or tweaking elements that make the program work just that bit better. They are affordable and responsive. I highly recommend Ticket Tailor.
Pros
Ticket Tailor is easy to use and has excellent customer service. Any time I need help with doing something, they respond quickly. Also, they truly listen to their customers and make regular, helpful updates. I like the ease of use, ease of creating events and ticket options, ability to embed in my website, ability to customize events and communications, and so much more. The software is very affordable, and you can pass on the ticketing fees which is very common practice these days. It's a great platform!
Cons
It's hard to say because I love this software. Reporting could be a little more robust, although it is similar to other types of platforms (e.g., online sales). Integration with a few more software platforms, such as more options for emailing, would be helpful. Much of what I would have said "like least" when I first started using the platform have already been addressed in the company's software updates!

We were about to go live using SquareSpace to sell tickets to keep the setup easy. Boy am I glad we changed to Ticket Tailor. The easy of selling both tickets and collecting donations on TT has around made the setup worth it. And the checkin app will make the event day so much easier than using an XLS file! Thank you TT team
Pros
We were up and running in less than 30 minutes. This includes adding a new event, integrating it with our Stripe account, integrating it with our MailChimp account and integrating it with our existing website on SquareSpace.
I was HIGHLY skeptical that our users would purchase tickets AND make a donation for our fundraising event. Boy was I WRONG. Ticket Tailor's user interface really helps make it so easy for our users to do both. Thank you!
Cons
Small request - I would love a report (or maybe on the dashboard) that shows ticket sales $ and donations $ separately.

Good features, need better summaries

Much better than Eventbrite.
Much better than Eventbrite.
Pros
I like the immediacy of it and the fact that it easily links up to Stripe for fast payments.
Cons
I always need to do print screens of the events I've held and the total amounts made for my accountants, because there's no feature to have a summary of the income for each product. I've asked the question but Ticket Tailor has referred me to Stripe, however Stripe don't show you what you've made per product, only money coming in. So it's a bit of an annoying vicious circle.

Really good so far, support team are very responsive.
Pros
It's very easy to use and emails deliver with ease and we hardly ever have people say they're missing the link to online webinars.
Cons
That email broadcasts are limited and you have to ask for more. I am yet to use the scanner on the app so it will be interesting to see how that works at our in person events.
