Ebsta is a customer engagement platform designed to help marketing, sales and customer success teams increase productivity and enhance customer engagement directly from their inbox with features such as Salesforce and Gmail integration, plus email, calendar, contact synchronization, and more. Ebsta's customer engagement tools enable users to unlock their company network, nurture relationships through personalized workflows, prioritize activities, and analyze performance.

Mailbox, calendar and Salesforce integration helps users uncover contacts automatically across their entire organization, then build an intelligent network of relationships and maintain up-to-date contact information. Ebsta’s chrome extension enables users to view, edits and update Salesforce on the fly, and also shows related customer records as users browser through their inbox.

Automatically triggered personalized emails and tasks allow users to nurture customer relationships, while ‘Ebsta Scores’ enable users to measure customer engagement and identify and prioritize individuals. The reporting dashboard gives users visibility into team activity levels and workflow performance. Ebsta automatically syncs emails and calendar events to Salesforce, tracks emails and sends real-time notifications. Email tracking technology provides users with valuable insight into email activity, showing users whether the recipient opened the email or clicked on any links. Scheduling tools allow users to schedule events such as meetings, as well as schedule emails to be sent at a later time.

    1. You can sync everything, you can change what info is saved such as calendar, and email so you'd know how far the conversation went with your colleague, saves time!

    2. It can do wonders! You can control which application you wish to sync.

    Pros

    1. This automation process saves time and money. It increases productivity with less error.

    2. It facilitates the recruitment process by allowing us to store all your contacts in one place so that colleagues can track the status of my email.

    Cons

    Sometimes the automation when it comes to synching just don't work and you will not notice it since there's no notification sent.

    Great way to measure customer/prospect sentiment

    Pros

    Love how I can measure customer relations with our product through Ebsta scoring. Really helps to measure sentiment across customers and prospects

    An essential if you work with Gmail and Salesforce

    Pros

    As a SF Admin and a "Customer and Sales Support", I use Ebsta every day to plug those customer responses directly to the History Activity of the associated Opportunity.
    One can compose/send Gmail from within Salesforce but when customers respond it's to your Gmail and so the history thread would be lost, so lucky that this can be solved with Ebsta.

    The Sales reps prefer to work directly from their Gmail and generally don't like to have SF open. Ebsta has a good info-bar that sits neatly at the top of our your Gmail to sync vital sales info directly in your Gmail view.

    Cons

    Manually creating leads and contacts that don't sync because they're not already in SF.
    The "Create Record" option could be more intuituve.

    I love using Ebsta because it's easy to use. The user interface is easy to navigate. Salesforce makes files to easily share, access and manage files

    Cons

    I did not experience any difficulty in using Ebsta. Their customer support is always available and gets beck to me right away whenever I have questions.
