Arborgold is customer management software for tree, lawn and landscape companies of all sizes designed to help streamline business processes from estimates and invoicing, to customer management and marketing. With Arborgold, office teams and production crews are able to access customer, job and billing information in real time and utilize features for bids and estimates, job scheduling, resource management, accounting, and more.
Arborgold stores all phone messages and appointments to make them instantly available to sales reps in the field. Users can search leads and customers by name, address, email, phone number, invoice number, job site, and more, and review account activity at any time. Tools for job scheduling allow jobs to be broken down into several tasks or services, and provide users with the fastest way to each job site by automatically organizing all jobs by best possible route. Users can filter any unscheduled work by area, type, inventory, equipment, and visualize them on a map.
Arborgold’s proposal module comes with a variety of existing templates, and also allows users to custom design proposals and templates for repeated use. Tools for billing and invoicing automatically queue up billable jobs for invoicing in real time, once work orders are marked as complete. Users can bill services either together or separately, and send accurate invoices to clients via email or print, for immediate payment. Integration with QuickBooks helps avoid manual entry of transactions, and new customers and service items are automatically entered in to the system.
Automated email marketing features are useful for announcing new services and followups, and allow for cross-selling to help uncover new sales from existing customers. The voice broadcasting feature allows office teams to set up new service notifications, on-site job appointment reminders, past due invoice reminders, and more.

A complete picture of my operation. The 'costing' system is awesome. If you know your breakeven point the costing system will show you instantly where you are financially.
Pros
1) Easy to use
2) Incredibly functional
3) Excellent Communication capabilities from the phone center to the invoicing.
4) Excellent customer support
Cons
Some things that should be part of the system are not getting updated. In particular I have been asking for a link on Mobile Crew to the Maintenance file so that Un billlable hours can be applied to equipment or any other item when the crew is not working.

The customer service is exceptional. They are all very helpful, just what you want in a software company. If you've ever had a bad experience with a software company, you know what I'm talking about!
Pros
The ability to use multi-day projects. The SCM is great, and this really helps with our inventory counts. The job costing is amazing.
Cons
We have a love/hate with the amount of updates, and new uses that they release. They seem to upgrade the program every couple of months.

Terrible. Customer service is a joke. Emails almost never get answered. When they do answer, it is clear they don’t understand the question.
Pros
I don’t like anything about Arborgold. It is not user friendly, and most importantly, its chemical tracking is unacceptable.
Cons
Chemical tracking records does not meet expectations. You might need to use a separate software to track chemical logs so as to pass an audit from the department of agriculture. Software will trick you into thinking it tracks weather, but when you attempt to produce a report, the weather data is not available. What a disaster!

Pros
This product has changed the way we do business. It's helped us create a more professional look to our proposals, provides real-time information at the fingertips of the employees as they need it and is overall a very impressive software!
Cons
Not much, I would have liked for it to allow me to do my AP through it as well since I'm moving away from Quickbooks.

Overall, the experience has been great. It's an easy program to learn and utilize exactly how you need it to work for you. Administratively I would recommend this product to other service providers.
Pros
Arborgold had many different functionalities that made day to day administrative tasks easier. Running reports to gather valuable information was a key benefit to this program.
Cons
The only con I have is that I wish it had more automated features such as email reminders to clients about upcoming appointments, invoices, etc.
