POSbistro Overview

What is POSbistro?

POSbistro is an Android tablet point of sale & management software for restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, food trucks, franchises, and other food based businesses. With POSbistro platform waiters take orders and process payments with one touch of a tablet from anywhere: at a counter or by a table. Business can also give customers the power to self-order at a kiosk using the POSBistro Android app. Each order is automatically displayed on a kitchen's screen in real time, and when the meal is ready waiters are notified to serve the order fast and hassle-free.

Pros

easy of use, live management giving the possibility to check and monitor the incomes and live tables remotely, including discounts, surcharge etc..

Cons

map of tables not available, special menu configuration not easy and not always understandable in the kitchen ticket, expensive compared to other competitors.

Pros

I love the user friendly interface and the ability to quickly make changes needed even from my phone. I can quickly check custom reporting or create invoices.

Cons

I did not like the design or function of the Loyalty program. Often adding credits to an account would clear initial earned values.

Just, easy work.

Pros

The ability to count storage products. This is very important when you are boss. I can come to my storage any time and check how working my employess.

Pros

The software is easy to use (like an application on the phone), therefore training employees takes much less time. The software works on tablets, so we spend much less on hardware.

Cons

There are several key functionalities missing all the time. We often meet problems in communication with the server.
