Its all one click away, the approval processes are also fast and visible to you as a teammate. The icons and tabs are well thought of and was designed to make sure users and admin tasks are minimized in effort but maximized upon gauging performances.

> **Cons**: PeopleStrong web-design is too simple not motivate us to spend more time on it. I find that the Pay slips from PeopleStrong are not protected, need two factor authentication.
