About EasyCall Cloud
EasyCall is a cloud-based software designed to help call centers of all sizes manage inbound and outbound calls, recordings, Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, and more via a unified portal. The multi-language application offers predictive, progressive, and power dialer, which enables organizations to automate calling and voice recording operations.
The geodialing functionality in EasyCall allows teleoperators to view clients’ data based on geographical parameters. The built-in operator panel enables supervisors to add or remove users, facilitate sending of text messages, faxes, and emails, and streamline caller registration operations. It offers a host of features such as call listening, predictive scoreboard, corrective suggestions, notes, calendar management, and more.
EasyCall’s telemarketing module lets administrators run custom marketing campaigns, define the duration of operations, import and export data in CSV, XLS, XLSX, and other formats, and provide help scripts with product details, questions, and surveys to handle customer queries. Managers can also monitor and gain insights into the performance of agents, campaigns, call flow, and other metrics via real-time reports.

Pros
It is software with ease to make and receive calls. The configuration for using Voip helps to make calls faster. There is a feature for transferring calls between extensions and another called "Pendulum", which alternates between calls. For not receive calls, exist a resource for pauses. It possible control the time of work with use the logins accounts.
Cons
When you sign in, it automatically pauses, which can make the user forget and remain paused. In addition, there is no warning that the pause has ended, which may cause inconvenience.

Pros
The tool has a large and functional database. It is possible to manage calls by year, month, day and hours. The number of incoming calls, among other management activities.
Cons
It has many implementation issues and features. Because it is a java file, it is known to have a hardware failure

Pros
The most important feature of the software is the complete cloud implementation of all the functionalities, starting from CRM administration and configuration to the operator seat. This let you assemble a working team in a very smart way no matter if they work in office, in a cowering or from home.
The web user interface is very easy to use for everyone.
The social integration, the predictive and geo dialing let you set up very smart customer interaction workflow.
Cons
The missing feature is the mobile version of the software (but i think the first release is planned in the very near future).

Pros
I use easycall for calls, conferences, and servicedesk control, where I can check employee breaks, redirect calls, among other options, easy to use software and good interface.
Cons
I think it should be improved, the reporting part was the only negative point I found.
