We were reluctant to provide a company's credit card number but they offer a 30-day free trial without requiring any credit card. I fell in love at first sight when I started using their digital signage software. Incredibly easy to use, connects directly to our ERP database and works with all our display devices without a glitch. That dashboard allowing several individuals to manage contents at the same time is also very convenient. Thumbs up. I warmly recommend people to give a try.

L'outil fait maintenant partie du quotidien des employés. Ils s'y réfèrent. les messages sont lus et partagés. l'outil est rassembleur. On peut facilement faire un concours et son suivi et tout le monde est au courant en temps réel. Les multiples messages en lien avec l'actualité de la pandémie ont pu être transmis autant via le logiciel que par courriel. on a ainsi rejoint plus facilement les employés. Maintenant avec 2 installations, on peut transmettre le même message aux 2 bâtisses, en même temps.
Pros
L'accompagnement de départ m'a permis de bien maitriser les fonctionnalités de base. au fil du temps, avec l'aide parfois du soutien client, j'ai assimilé l'ensemble des possibilités du logiciel. L'ajout des médias dans les différentes zones permet aussi de changer les messages affichés entre les messages internes et externes.
Cons
J'avoue que les variations de texte pourraient être plus élaborées. de nouvelles polices, des caractères plus grands, un plus grand nombre de caractères acceptés parfois. Les gabarits sont parfois trop restrictifs.

Quand on est familier avec le fonctionnement c'est un très bon logiciel, on peut y ajouter des photos très bien et clair pour nos clients
Cons
Un peu difficile à utiliser au début, plusieurs fonctionnalités que je ne connais pas. Vous devriez avoir un livre d'instruction afin que l'on puisse mieux naviguer
