> **Cons**: The billing features are messy still. I know the customer service team is in the middle of trying to meet our demand but its taking a long time to complete any changes we want with the system.

> I've enjoyed the improvements since its changed from Dude Solutions to Brightly. The new \[sensitive content hidden\] seems to send our updated more often and attempts to keep up with the demand needed for the system.
