    The customer support and customer success aspects of Dealhub are very good, and the end users find it simple to use, especially with the salesforce integration

    Cons

    The backend/admin management of Dealhub can be a bit confusing at times, however I feel this will be the same with any CPQ type software

    Pros

    Dealhub is a straightforward application for quoting and opportunity. The application and linking to our CRM is not quite complicated though there are areas that still need to discuss with Support Group but overall we are able to successfully linked our system to Dealhub

    Cons

    My only issue is that because of the time zone difference , we can only contact the Head Office after business hours here in Australia but the good thing is that Dealhub has a good customer service that can help us except of course if we need some configuration

    [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been very supportive with all my requests that I have raised.She responds very quickly to the issues and also available to discuss the same on call and guide with the steps to follow to resolve the issue.

    Pros

    It is very configurable and robust enough to handle our professional services use case. We have multiple pricing strategies for different services and DealHub was able to handle it all. Additionally, it's easy to manage and update, and to push out updates in real time to in-flight opportunities.

    Cons

    Nothing so far, it's been fantastic for our business.
