Zoho Flow

About Zoho Flow
Zoho Flow is a comprehensive integration platform that allows users to connect cloud applications and automate complex business workflows, without any coding expertise. Users can build and customize smart integrations to automate business tasks, and adapt them to dynamic business needs by setting triggers and actions for multi-step flows. Teams can work together to coordinate plans and orchestrate an efficient business workflow.
Zoho Flow enables organizations to automate a series of business tasks, from daily work chores to more advanced workflows, by designing contextual multi-step flows. Using the dynamic builder, users can set up triggers and introduce decision branches for different actions, set waiting times between actions, and include custom variables to refine every step of the workflow. The Flow builder provides a complete view of the business workflow to help break any information silos in the business.
Zoho's scripting language, Deluge, helps solve integration complications by enabling users to add advanced decision trees to workflows, as well as reformat data, allowing it to pass smoothly from app to app. Each workflow’s history is recorded in a centralized log to let users know how flows are running, track the progress of actions, and identify any issues as soon as they occur. Zoho Flow’s dashboard provides valuable workflow insights and complete visibility over all processes and metrics that can help decide whether a flow needs to be updated.
Collaboration tools allow team members to work together to coordinate plans and automate processes that connect information across departments. Zoho Flow also provides a gallery of off-the-shelf solutions with a collection of Flow templates and business apps that allow users to explore ideas for their organization, and apply them to their business workflow.

Zoho Flow is another good alternative to Zapier, Integromat etc. which is inexpensive and easily affordable by anyone running an online business. The Dashboard where we create the flows/integration is really very wide and everything is visible and we don't have to scroll up and down to see the flow.
There are some downsides as well like - the overall speed of Zoho Flow is not that good, that data flow between the connected apps takes time which is not a good sign for any integration software.
There is very less educational material/tutorials available on the internet from where you can learn.
Customer support for this product is not that good, you have to wait for long days to get the answer and that too will not satisfy your need ( sometimes).
Pros
Things that I like most about Zoho Flow are as such:-
1) Inexpensive.
2) Wide Dashboard.
3) The overall flow is easily visible and navigated smoothly. You can edit whichever step you want to without any extra scrolling, everything is visible to you ( the entire flow of the apps)
Cons
Things which I like leads about this software are:-
1) Slow Speed.
2) Data transfer takes time.
3) Testing Flow is not that easy.
4) While creating any flow or integration you have to go with the extra first few steps ( Like writing the name of the Flow, description etc) which I hate about the software.
5) Not enough educational material/tutorials to learn more about Zoho Flow. only if you have previously used any such software like - Zapier or integromat then only you can easily cope with this.
6) Not good Customer Support for this software.

I didn’t plan on using automation software yet because my business is still in the early stages. Since this came with my Zoho One subscription, I gave it a try and find it super useful. I can connect all of my other applications, and their support team is very responsive to requests for help or new connections, triggers and data points.
Pros
It’s fully functional automation software with lots of application connections and a generous usage limit for their plans. I got it as part of my Zoho One subscription, which I recommend if you’re thinking of the higher tier Flow plan. It’s almost the same price and you get access to almost all of their other apps.
Cons
It took a little while to figure out their specific query language, but their support team was always able to help.

ZapierReasons for Switching to Zoho Flow
It was WAY cheaper than Zapier. All the other coaches I talk to complain about how expensive zaps are.

Pros
It is integrates with most environments in Zoho Suite, enabling far more detailed API connection for each module. One location to connect and oversee as well.
Some tools and solutions seem to work from the start.
Cons
Not easy to differentiate consumption between sources sometimes.
Support replies push towards 3rd party experts.

Average, not enough online material to be able to troubleshoot yourself if new to the software. If you do reach out as explained above the response time is very slow. I am not sure if this is due to the Flow team being smaller than other services. Projects is by far the best with the online chat function.
Pros
Cheap and easy to use. The integrations between Zoho services are fantastic if you love Zoho products.
Cons
The support team are very knowledgeable, however, it takes over 48 hours to get a response every single time.
