Tailored contact lists can be generated for event announcements, appeals, and other communications, with users able to define selection criteria and modify results to fine-tune lists. To ensure that donation acknowledgements are completed in a timely manner, Eleo includes a Mailing Wizard through which users can create mailings following a step-by-step process, and a Mailing Dashboard which allows users to monitor any thank-you letters to be processed. Face it, nothing is perfect. But when I run into any issue, I know I can call and a friendly voice will be on the line in moments to help me figure it out with a great attitude. And if they can't figure it out, they get a tech on the line right away.
