Native apps for iOS and Android enable communication and collaboration between users across multiple device types.

Autosoft’s customer database can be used to record a wide range of customer data, including addresses, contact details, vehicles, activity, relationships, and more, with customer photos to improve recognition by staff. Customer preferences and previous vehicle issues can also be tracked, with the aim of providing a more personalized service. Real-time vehicle valuation, credit and compliance tools, and customized menus which update continuously enable the management of F&I. The inventory management system gives users a real-time view of inventory data, including information on repairs, costs, market values, and more. Vehicle appraisals can be carried out with custom appraisal worksheets, and the digital merchandising system utilizes direct syndication to reduce errors on listing sites.
